great location friendly staff poor air-conditioning uncomfortable heat

The location was perfect to me. It sits at the heart of Beyoglu and at the center of almost everything. It is only steps to Istiklal Street and also walking distance to Galata Tower. The staff were also all friendly and very hospitable.

The air-conditioning wasn't work properly. I was told the central AC system was down. No fans or alternative solutions were offered to me, so I had to endure the heat for the entire stay. It was uncomfortable.

mixed feelings about this hotel

faulty air conditioning stern staff

the air conditioning didn't work well and it really affected my stay. i was told the central system was down and i spent hours trying to get it fixed. no fans were offered so i was hot the whole time plus there was a sharp nail sticking out from the floor behind the door it seemed dangerous to me. i found the staff inconsistent some were helpful but others seemed distant and not accommodating

disappointing aspects

broken air conditioning street noise

the room's air conditioning barely worked , and it struggled to keep the space cool. this made it quite uncomfortable , especially during the warmer parts of the day. additionally , the noise from the nearby street was louder than i anticipated. despite the double glazing , i still found it difficult to sleep soundly , impacting my overall rest.
